As an alumni of HHS I can truly say 'My How Things Have Changed'.The academic program itself proves to leave much to be desired as the test scores prove that.Extracurricular activities are next to nonexistent. These activities could be an asset to the school & incentive for the students if handled properly. As a single parent I cannot comment on parent involvement as mine has been minimal although my contact with the teachers has been consistent. Overall safety at the school has been a concern for me as my children have been harassed continually & although I have been in contact w/ the school & Officer Crow to no avail.

I think Hitchcock is a good school for our kids. Because since we are so small we all should be able to ge along. Nomatter what Hitchcock sticks together. Our funds may not be where there suppose to be but we have some of the best teachers ever. Our teacher are willing to aid our children, no only in education but also for the world itself. It teaches kids how to respect, and care for other people. Hitchcock is one of the best 2A schools ever.

We don't have anything against Hitchcock in general but we believe that they don't have the ability to access funds they need to successfully aid students. Is lacking many extracurricular activities, the choices are minimal. Many students still feel afraid to ask help from teachers, because of the attitudes and shortness in the teacher's response. Though my child will graduate from HHS, I still believe she will not be as quailifed and will undereducated as compared to others who come from schools with better funds and qualified teachers, that care.
